What is T-Course?

T stands for technical studies! You want to study natural sciences, mathematics or technical subjects like business informatics or engineering? Our preparatory T-Course prepares you efficiently for the assessment exam (Feststellungsprüfung) that you need in order to study, for example, mathematics or engineering in Germany.

Who needs a T-Course?

The T-Course if for foreign students that have to apply for a Studienkolleg in Germany and intend to study natural scientific- or technical degree programmes at a German university. Our preparatory T-Course provides you with the preperation that is specialized for those subjects. The subjects that are taught at the T-Course consist of mathematics, physics, chemistry and German.

What are the possible degree courses that you can study after you have finished the preparatory course and passed the FSP test?

If you have passed the Feststellungsprüfung (FSP), there will be several options for you to study in the field of technology and natural sciences in Germany. The following degree programmes are only a selection of possible courses:

Why should I take the preparatory course at the Studienkolleg Düsseldorf?

Our preparatory T-Course consists of professional lecturers who are not only experienced within their subjects, but also with helping foreign students preparing for their Feststellungsprüfung. The course is supplemented by numerous events, study-specific trips and FSP-tutorials:

FSP-tutorials are not regular courses like the T-Course. The tutorials are specialized courses that help students to prepare for the FSP, giving them additional help and useful advice.

The Studienkolleg Düsseldorf offers you several guest lectures by professors, experts and other personalities from different universities all over Germany. They are supposed to show the students the different possibilities of studies in Germany.

Lastly, we regularly conduct tests and check our teaching quality by offering study-specific trips and “experimental lessons”, which gives us the opportunity to achieve a little more balance in your everyday teaching life.
