Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need German skills?

Yes. Our Studienkolleg preparatory courses are taught in German. You need at least a B1 level to enroll. German language training up to C1 level is included.

 

Is there an entrance exam?

No, there is no entrance exam. You can apply directly and start in September without waiting for test results. Simply fill out the application form, and our team will contact you.

Can I study online?

Yes, you can complete the first semester online. From the second semester onward, attendance in Dusseldorf is required. This gives you enough time to prepare your visa and plan your relocation.

Do you help with the visa process?

Yes. After finalizing your application, you receive an admission letter. With that letter you can apply for a national German visa. We support you throughout the entire visa process with personal guidance.

Do you provide accommodation?

We have a limited number of rooms available for our international students, and they get booked out quickly. If you need a room, please let us know about this in the contact form.

What happens after Studienkolleg?

After Studienkolleg course, you take the official FSP exams. Once you pass the exam and receive your certificate, you can apply to public universities. We also guide you through the process of applying to universities.
