Ladies Only Apartment

Do you want your own room, with a shared kitchen and bathroom with other women? Then book a single room in the women’s apartment.

Long-term rate for big room	750€ per month, only for a long-term booking of more than 6 months*

Notes

There is a one-time processing fee of €59 per booking.

* You get the rental discount only if you pay the entire rent in advance.

Deposit

When you book accommodation with us, you need to pay a deposit. Typically, you will receive this back after your stay. For accommodation booking, you will pay a €500 rent deposit and a €200 key deposit.

Bedding

Do you need pillows, a blanket, bed linens, and a fitted sheet for your room but don’t know where to get them? You can book a bedding package with us for €50. We will prepare the bedding for you.
