What does telc stand for?

Telc stands for „The European Language Certificates“.  

Telc language tests are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Therefore, all telc language tests meet the requirements of most German universities to prove one’s German language skills

Studienkolleg Düsseldorf is an official telc examination centre, offering telc tests Deutsch B1, B2, C1 Hochschule and even more examinations. In order to properly prepare the students for these exams, we are also offering our preparatory telc courses.

Where can I take the exam?

Since Studienkolleg Düsseldorf is an official certified telc language test center , you can take any of the exams from Deutsch B1, Deutsch B2 to Deutsch C1 Hochschule directly here at Studienkolleg Düsseldorf.

Can I repeat the telc exam?

You are able to repeat the telc exam as many times as you wish. Furthermore, you can keep segments of the exam that you have already passed saved for one year, so that you are not required to repeat the whole exam.
